Schwarz P minimal surface (Wiki) cropped by a spherical envelope. The P surface is a triply periodic minimal surface. This novelty desktop sculpture is covered with a porous diagonal lattice. This sculpture is approximately the size of a baseball or Rubik's cube and is available in a variety of nylon and acrylic plastics.

@Tamfang Thanks again for letting me know. The file was a bit corrupted, but I was able to restore and repair the original. I just uploaded it. If you don't see it yet, you should be able to soon.
