This figure transforms into 2 forms without having any parts removed, and can be displayed in various postures with the flexible joints. The pedestal is not included in this package. It is recommended to purchase "Pedestal Type 01" (sold separately) for nicer display as seen in the photos. The product comes in a form of kit and needs to be assembled by the customer. If it is tight to assemble the parts, please shave the colliding portion with a knife or file it with sandpaper. Or, try to put the parts in hot water to make them soft.

To @Mr_props : Thanks for your information! Just now I have tried your idea and got a good result as you estimate. I will announce this information as a tip for assembling. Thank you again!

By the way, i found that Polyamide gets more soft if left in hot water. Maybe this might ease snaping the parts together?

your design is very interesting because it is nearly abstract.

To wulongti: Thank you very much for your comment! For the first trial 3D output without the outer frame, the product has been sent to me with some thin parts broken. So I have decided to put the outer frame for protection during shipping, although I really do not want to increase the material cost.

this is one of the most unique transformer designs I've seen in a long time, nice job! Though the addition of the frame around the parts makes for a nicer presentation it seems like a lot of excess material that could bring the final cost of your product down if removed.
