This is the color version of another one of my Japanese Lantern Models. While this is not ready for us with a 5mm LED, hobbyists with a drill should have no problem making this a reality, and there should be ample room in the base for standard cell watch batteries.

sorry i ordered the full color sandstone version and i just got an email from shapeways saying they couldn't create that item so they refunded my money.. i'll try and reorder it or a different version in another format. ordered the led and battery holder already so going to use it on some model.

this is in my first order with shapeways :) i'll add the led as soon as i can run to radioshack.
