It looks really nice. How did you define the printable vs. the hollow areas? I've done a little modelling, but this will be my first time going to print.

Making the head hollow _would _ more closely resemble your raytraced image when printed in transparent detail, though...

Maybe you could try printing a version with the shoulders and hips as working ball and socket joints.

Hey thanks folks. Jonathan... there's no hollow areas on this model. The biggest volume is the head, which still isn't all that big. Originally the model is made out of lots of neat sepparate objects, to make it print nice I joined all those objects into a single one and made sure that they all intersected. That way it's printed as one single solid.
