@sharky_boy Not from here, you only get the blank prints. for the bracelet you would need to go to my etsy shop which is on vacation at the moment. https://www.etsy.com/shop/Silverbeam should be back up in about a week.

Hi,do these charms come coloured and with the bracelet?

@Saks I'm afraid I wont be able to make the model for you. I just got a big order that will take me months to do. Go to the shapeways forum here: And post your project to find a 3D artist, You will have much more luck there. http://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=92&

@Silverbeam Is there a number I can call you at? I'd be interested in moving forward but I have several questions. Skype works too of course.

@Saks that was just something up there for a test. If it is thicker it will be a bit more in price. maybe 50$? Also didn't have the triangle corner piece of the speech bubble. that's what the extra inch was missing for. Anyway the links still don't work for me, if still interested in moving forward let me know. Looks like they will be about 300-400 for one speech bubble in the frosted detail material.

@Silverbeam it should probably be more like 4 inches high and 4 inches deep. 10 inches long feels ok.

@Saks this is rough design but it gives you an idea, measurements are below the object. http://www.shapeways.com/model/1176141/texting-test-001.html?li=modelEdit

@Silverbeam Thanks :)

@Saks hmm not sure, I usually make small items but let me make a quick item and throw it up on here to give us an estimate.
June 25, 2013, 9:44 pm
@Silverbeam Correct me if I'm wrong, but 298mm is almost a foot long, which is about the size I'm looking for, nothing bigger. How much do you think that would cost to print?
June 25, 2013, 9:41 pm
@Saks All my items are made by shapeways, while I can make the models I am subject to shapeway's materials and printing capabilities. the maximum size able to make the item is as such: Max Bounding Box: FD: 298x185x203mm the links didn't work for me unfortunately even with copy and paste. for items that big, it will also be very very expensive. I don't know what your budget is so.... here is my commission page at deviantart: http://silverbeam.deviantart.com/journal/3D-printing-Commissions-355653134

@Silverbeam Sweet! I'm looking to make an object that looks like a text bubble on the iphone. I'd like them in 3 colors: green, blue & white. They would vary in size from single line to a few lines. These are for an art series: a series of photographs called 'Texts in the wild'. EXAMPLES http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2011/124/2/b/iphone_sms_ty pe_tipo_bubbles_by_dpcomunicacion-d3fjraf.png http://cdn.gottabemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/iMessage-iOS -5-iPhone-4S1-625x511.jpg Also see a rough photoshop comp I did to give you an idea of how it would eventually look. SIZE I'd like them to be big, about a foot long. Kind of like a balloon. MATERIAL I like this frosted material. Have you heard of Objet VeroClear? Thanks Saks
June 25, 2013, 9:23 pm
@Saks It is the frosted detail material, an acrylic plastic. see more info on the materials on shapeways material page.
June 25, 2013, 9:14 pm
