@Eorak Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds, but you can try talking to Shapeways. I know they automatically refund orders that fail to print. I'm not sure what their policy is on 100% satisfaction.

@JeremyMallin Hi, I just received the ring, the design and material are perfect but i'm afraid that it might be finally to small :S I will only be sure at the end of may but i'm wondering if it's the case, what can I do without having to buy again a new size at full price ? If I sent back the product ? Is it you or Shapeways who deals with this kind of problem. For the moment it's just for the reccord, but well I would be less anxious if i know that I can exchange (even if there is a little amount to pay), if there is a problem.

@Eorak Thanks so much for your understanding. I uploaded the correct file this time. Size 7 US = 17.3mm interior diameter (plus/minus manufacturing variances). Best of luck. Hope you like the finished product.

@Eorak I'm sorry, I uploaded the wrong file (wrong ring size) by mistake. Shapeways informed me they will cancel the order and ask you to reorder it. I will be extra careful to click on the correct file this time. My apologies and thanks for your understanding.
