This is a washer with centering tabs for a teflon composite 9-pin tube socket. The hardware that comes with the socket is very sloppy and will never hold it in place, whatsoever. The bracket that comes with the socket is the same kind as for the ceramic versions, but this socket is slightly smaller in diameter and height. It is to be bonded to the plate you're mounting the socket to, NOT the socket itself.
