Here's a very simple Pen Holder, from yours truly, for if your Pen has a cap with a holding clip, snap the pen into either the side or to the top of the Pen&Note!
You plug it into the cardboard's hard back of a Notebook, and you can put the Pen either to the side of the Notebook, or at the Notebook's top.
