Celtic knot rolled round to create a ring, making quite a balanced design. Made from a knot with 20 loops and seed 1 using the Knot application.

The diameter of the ring is 16mm on the inside (size 5½/K½). There are links to some other sizes below, but please send me a message if you'd like me to create a different sized version.

See this Size conversion chart for other size units.

@login_iza Great stuff! I hope the rings come out well, but any problems or requests let me know. I hope the wedding is wonderful! I know it's a big ask, but if they do end up using the rings and there are any photos of the day you can share, it would make my day (/month/year) to get to see.

@flypig Thanks a lot. Order submitted. If there are any other requests from my friends I'll come back. Have a nice day, Iza

@login_iza I've uploaded rings in the sizes you requested. I hope these are right for you, but let me know otherwise. Just two other things to bear in mind: If you want any others sizes just let me know (I'm getting the hang of it now!) If you'd like me to generate a unique design for your friend then that's easy too. Just let me have the seed to grow the pattern from (any positive whole number will do) and the sizes you need. Just let me know if you need anything else.

@flypig Evening works more than perfect, thanks. These sizes are in mm, converted to US sizes these are sizes 7 and 9. Have a nice day, Iza

@login_iza Thanks for your message; that's a really touching story! I'm afraid I can't generate you the rings right now as I'm in work until this evening (it's just 9am here in the UK). Once I'm back home this evening I'll upload versions of the rings in the sizes you've requested (I assume US sizes?) and will message you to let you know. For reference, these are the numbers I'll be working to: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ring_size&oldid=612464312 Hopefully you'll be able to get the size just right!

Flypig I've ordered Celtic ring in sizes 17 and 19 but I got the message back that I have to contact you and ask you to provide the Shapeways with these sizes. I ordered a few just to try out as my fried is getting married and can't wear any metal - she was crying when she saw your Celtic ring but now we need the right sizes. Please&Thanks, Iza

@lgarron Thanks for taking the time to comment and for the nice photo. I'm glad you're happy with it!

I got this one today. It's simple, but I really like the pattern. It's also pretty solid, and satisfyingly squishable as a circle.

@LeMuphinnmann No problem! I hope that clarifies, but let me know if I can help otherwise, or if you think I've made a mistake with this.

@flypig Thanks for the info I was just a bit confused

@LeMuphinnmann I'm not expert on this (I just go by what's on Wikipedia!), but I believe it's US 5½ (which is equivalent to K½ UK): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size Hope this helps, but let me know if you need more detail, or a different size (I can always create a new version slightly larger or smaller).

Is this in US size 5.5? or UK?
