That's quite nice, the rough metal compliments the ancient looking design. Impressive!

Nope. I just painted the whole die with waterproof black ink and then buffed it with a cloth.

Did you sand the edges afterwards? I'm amazed that you were able to get such clean numbers with a dark background.
