Drips: Modular Organic System #1 Collaborative project with Phil Renato & Richard Elaver. Multiple copies of six pieces snap-fit together to create a cascading form. Can be used to make jewelry, sculpture, or ... Set includes 6 copies of 6 different pieces.

Straight from Shapeways, the pieces will look like a pile of small parts. They are assembled together, similar to a building set (like K'nex or Tinker Toys). It's up to you how they go together, and what is made from them. I just uploaded a photo of 6 pieces displayed, and a simple assembly diagram.

Not sure exactly how many pieces are in the photograph. Estimate that it would take approx. 5 sets to build something that large. It works in much simpler arrangements - will upload more photos soon.
