Just got it today, not even a week after ordering it, but it was unfortunately one of the unlucky ones whose tail got snapped off some time during delivery. I'll probably send customer service an email asking if they could send a replacement, but as someone on the Vinyl comments said, I don't want this to be denied for being too fragile or something. I may just go get some super glue and just use that to put the tail back on. Again, other than the tail, which I could have assumed would have happened, it looks great. @HashBrony This is a fantastic product. They sent me a replacement for the unlucky Tavi that was the benefactor of an underpaid UPS delivery driver. The customer service here did not disappoint. I just wanted to say thanks to HashBrony for making this so that I could put it on the shelf. Beautiful model, again thanks!

@nerosephiroth I managed to make it a bit more stable in my last few updates of the model but I'm afraid it still happens from time to time, depending on how the boxes were handled during shipping. Sorry to hear yours was broken. Is the tail completely missing?

@HashBrony : Do they usually have issues with Tavi's tail breaking off during shipment? I just got mine today and while the model looks amazing, I was saddened to see mine without a tail :(

I'm very, very pleased -- she's pretty much perfect. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well-shaped everything is. My only teensy, tiny nitpick is the coloration: her mane and tail are bit washed-out looking, i.e., rather more grey than black. It's a minor issue, though. She's really excellent.

I got mine in the same week that I ordered it, and it arrived in perfect condition. The figure itself is exactly what I thought it would be like, and I couldn't be more pleased by it. ^^ I especially like the texture that her mane has. Would definitely buy another (or a Vinyl) when an opportunity arises. =P
