The Blohm & Voss BV 138 Seedrache (Sea Dragon, but nicknamed Der Fliegende Holzschuh ("flying clog"), from the side-view shape of its fuselage) was a World War II German flying boat that functioned as the Luftwaffe's main long-range maritime reconnaissance aircraft.

Even slightly more rough than gentle handling proved fatal to the underwing floats - but still looks good without them ! The model painted well and had room for (oversized) 1/600 decals (I got them in WSF).

Very nice sculpt. Paints up nicely. Be careful with the tiny floats under the wings when you are handling the mini.
