N Scale Budd RDC-1 Body Shell. Shell is one piece and includes stepwells. Shell represents last RDC cars built by the Budd Company for the Reading in 1962. These twelve cars were of the 'New Look' or 'Phase II' or 'Modernized' type, and had special modifications for the Reading including larger end engineer windows, open pilots and no sand filler hatches on the sides. This shell can be made to fit N scale RDC drives by Kato or Con-Cor, though it is not designed specifically to fit either.
