A replacement latch handle for a window or roof scoop. This was modeled after the original latch that came with a Subaru aftermarket roof scoop. The original tends to break loose where the spring sits inside the handle or where the holes are for the pins. In this reproduction there are a couple of differences. 1) The edges are not indented. Hopefully this will prevent the pin holes from breaking. 2) The indentions for the spring on the under side are a little deeper. Try out a plastic print and if it works out have it printed in stainless steel and never buy another one! Also, I believe this option is cheaper than buying one from Japan. Please keep in mind that this is sold as a prototype and there is no guarantee it will work for your application, although it did for my friend who supplied the photos.
