Make sure you've got the right ones: Pilot cartridges (picture) are "supported", also Caran d'Ache rollerball refills (but no "Goliath").

NOTE:
* The black pen has a rougher surface than the other colors.
* When you receive the product from Shapeways, there can be minimal amounts of nylon powder left inside. Because the pen is designed for a exact fit the powder has to be removed, which is really easy: Just hold it underneath a water tap and let water flow through it (that does not affect colors in any way) and let it dry.
