i am a new customer at shapeways and i bought this pendant mostly as a "test object" for the stainless steel material - and i loved it at first sight when it was delivered! it is a beautiful little metal thingy and very sturdy. due to the polishing shapeway does, it has a kind of "aged" finishing, which totally fits the organic form.
