About this Product

Version 1.5

A 5-pack of the hungriest pestilence found in the universe! Each scrapacius has a hinged jaw and ball-jointed neck joint. The legs are designed to grab onto 3mm diameter rods. Enjoys cuddling.
Each Scrapacius stands about 2cm tall.

This design is successfully tested in FUD and WSF. FUD is recommended to capture all the fine detail.

@fakebusker83 just got back, it was WSF so hopefully there will be no issues when they arrive, I have been looking forward to these for a while now.

@GamorreanJedi If you printed them in White Strong Flexible, you can assemble them with no worries of breakage. If they are in Frosted Ultra Detail, do a careful test fit and shave down contact points if you think the fit is too tight.

@GamorreanJedi It's best if you avoid that as I can't promise what would happen when they are heated up. Which material did you print them in, by the way?

Any tips for assembling them? I'm sure they are very small and I don't want to break them after painting and sealing then, would a soak in boiling water or hot hair dryer soften the materiel enough to lower the risk of breakage?

Hi @GamorreanJedi, for laymen I highly recommend printing these in White Strong Flexible first. This material is strong and difficult to break and will work really well for you.

For the laymen trying out this product for the first time what is the best choice for printing theses?

Hi @mechalemmiwinks , those are painted by my good friend jcartwork, an experienced customizer. I believe he first handpainted a base layer of light blue, then airbrushed a deeper hue in the centre. Lastly several coats of clear coat were applied to achieve that wet, deep look.

How do you get that cool, glowy-eyed effect on the third picture of them?

@Reapers_fury @skyfire MY GOODNESS they are all over the world! Cute too!

These little guys are great!

I own a LOT of these guys. I had 40 printed in WSF. In hindsight I wish I had printed them in FUD because the rough texture of WSF really shows on these guys. I've seen pictures on TFW of people who did FUD and they looks so much sharper. But no matter how you go, these guys are fantastic and really help liven up a display.
