The Mozhaysky, named after Russia’s first Air Minister, Alexander Mozhaysky, is the first widely produced Cayley created for the Imperial Russian Air Force. Its heavy lift is produced by its large chord triplane wings. Like other Russian designs, it offers the crew little protection. The Mozhaysky is armed with a number of rockets: 36 Chetvert and 12 12-inch Sazhen rockets. The Sazhen has a heavier warhead than other rockets of similar size, while maintaining a fairly long range (22500m).
