I've always wanted a double headed coin. But instead of being really lucky and finding one, or being really rich and buying one. You can print your own! Yes it looks like a quarter. But, it is bigger then a quarter. It says Liberty, In God we trust, has an S for made in Sweden, and signed by a one Mr. MCW myself. Yeared at 1969. Not as much detail came out as I would like.

You could print in silver and make a real silver dollar coin. ;) The detail would come out perfect.

There is apparently a 100-year-old misprinted penny bearing the value "1/00 Dollar", which should have infinite value!!!

Fake ones are common, actuals are not. My grandfather had an actual miss punched nickle where half of Jefferson's face wasn't on the coin. These mistakes are usually picked up and removed before release. Now that everything is digital it doesn't happen as often but I did hear of a roll of quarters recently that was released with nothing punched on them. Just round pieces of metal no Washington or state (during the states series).

I actually found a two-headed quarter in my pocket change many years ago. A coin collector buddy told me they are fairly common! He said they are made by filing (or cutting?) two quarters and gluing the halves together.
