I used WSF. I was actually able to get some of the hinges to work after all. They just needed to be loosed up. Thanks for the advice!

@Clevella - I had this made out of WSF way back when i first designed it (but after i poste the description) and mine was operational. What material did you use?

The chair comes as one solid piece. It does not swing, but with some effort, could be made as a kit, with moving parts. Still, loved it, and was not disappointed. Nice piece.
