@Tom.B yep. I understand. I've had this issues with many models also. Metal can be the worst as it shrinks more than the plastics. May I ask/suggest that you also add one that is just one piece that can be bought? I bought one in white to paint but I can paint it as a whole too or even just enjoy it as is. It would be nice to have the option.

@ToddPorter The main reason it's two parts is to accommodate people who wish the custom paint the model. Also not all prints will have the same issue, I have experienced perfect fits, and fits where the peg was too small. It's more a limitation of the material and the process. Sorry about that.

Not a huge deal. I ended up cutting the notch off and gluing it together which was a bit harder than I thought to get a proper alignment. Anyway to print this as one piece? I suggest a different method to put them together if not. Maybe a triangle arrangement of short poles. Since it is flexible that would allow more give. I think some of this has to do with paint thickness of the black and also uneven drying. As one piece that would fix that issue.

@ToddPorter That's a common trate of the strong flexible material, there isn't anything I can do about it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Printed in black. Doesn't fit together without sanding and fitting.
