An emitter shroud for a "Return of the Jedi" style Darth Vader lightsaber. When printed in Black Strong & Flexible, this makes for a very convincing ROTJ Vader shroud. Made to fit Modular Hilt System (MHS) parts from The Custom Saber Shop. Paint or powder-coat the tip of an MHS Style #20 Blade Holder (the faux Graflex style) matte black, slide this on, and your well on your way. I will soon make an ROTJ Vader control box (complete with movable buttons) available here, as well as the shroud and control box in true Graflex sizes, so check back again soon. I have printed this out for myself, and it looks great. (Black Strong & Flexible always comes out looking gray, rather than black, in photographs, but in person it's a true black.)
