The heart pendant hangs from an 18" dark silver colored chain. Much care was taken in 3D modeling this piece of jewelry - clearly shown are the 'great vessels', the atria, ventricles, and the major coronary vessels in delicate detail - and it has been produced very sturdily in stainless steel.
