Thinking more about it, I believe all you really need to do is set the "seal tunnels" option on Mineways when you export. This should seal off the chimney and basement "holes" and then the hollowing code will clear out the innards of your house.

That's a nice little model. Downloading it, I noticed that the interior is hollow and doesn't appear to have large "escape holes" to the outside. This means it will probably print and be filled with sand, a no-no. There *is* a hole to the base on one side of the house, the fireplace/chimney, but that's probably not large enough. I would highly recommend plugging up the chimney to the base, plugging up the basement, turning on "fill tunnels", and re-exporting. This *should* cause the interior of the house to be hollowed out, and so (a) print correctly and (b) be a fair bit cheaper.
