And vehicle mode so far..

@Tom. B..No problem. They both still flip open so its all good :). Im gonna use them with a custom im working on.

@leo7831 They look nice! Good work! Sorry to here the little pin holes snapped. This design is due for a little overhaul.

@Tom.B... these guns are nice! I widened the holes a little with a screwdriver and found a pin to fit in. I was pushing the pin through the part that connects the scope and the little piece broke. I just glued the scope to where it attaches to the front part of the gun. No biggie. Here is a pic of how I painted them. :)

@Tom.B so a normal metal one. okay the search begins! (as you know ... im but buying a whole case haha)

@grunge a medium size paper clip should work. The generic office max/depot kind. You'll need to cut the plastic coating off.

@Tom.B about the tape i fond a layer or 2 of masking tape did the trick. and yeah ive bought a few prime arcees for customs so i how that goes. what size paper clip do you suggest?
August 29, 2013, 7:28 pm
@grunge , the staples might not have enough tension to them, so the parts move a little to easily. Can you try cutting a paperclip and see if it doesn't work better. Best use a pair of pliers to cut the paperclip. As for the the hand fit issue, sadly some figures and some 3d prints (even of the same model) can vary slightly in measurements. I run into this a lot. You can try using thin strips of packing tape to increase the diameter of the handle. I know its not an ideal solution, but its easy to undo if it looks to bad.

i had some issue with this. i got it in black strong and flexible. the first issue was solved by using staples to hold the gun in place. the second issue came in the form of the gun not staying put. it kept flipping open. lastly, it doesnt fit well in an open hand peg. i had TFP arcee hold it and it was extremely lose in her hand. thoughts?

@grunge The only issue I've ever heard is, sometimes the little axles on the runner don't work so well. So some people will cut pieces off a paper clip and use it as the axles.

thank you sir! next payday it shall be mine. have you heard anything about it being in black?
March 5, 2013, 11:20 pm
It comes disassembled.
March 5, 2013, 10:47 pm
does this come assembled? or do i have to do so? glad it comes in black, means less paint work to have to do.

Would love to see this in any of the detail materials. The pins could be replaced with metal pins.

The parts are too small to be polished. It gets rejected.
June 30, 2012, 1:04 am
you should make this available in white, strong, flexible and polished
