Oops, sorry for the lack of info, it was made as a test model for someone and I forgot to take it down D: In any case, the inner diameter is 20.02 mm. *Thanks so much for the pic, gideonan! The lines are definitely deeper than my the first revision.

I have the ring now. It seems to be size 11 to 12 for those not understanding the measurements. I had to get a ring guard for it. I painted the signet part black. I like the ring. I have a pic of the ring here for those wanting a visual of the constructed ring. http://oi44.tinypic.com/214e3jt.jpg
