This hat can be used as custom item for Minifigs.
It's modelled according to pictures of straw hats used by country people of all periods..

i am in desperate need for a tan straw hat, but like you said, this design needs a bit of improvement. the roundness at the top of the hat is more egg shaped than round. also the brim should be like 1.5X bigger. please tell me if there is anyway you could make me such a piece?
