@Fingers Your design has many possibilities built in to the designs themselves. Wish they were for sale, would like to explorer those nuances at some point.
I had two copies printed, interestingly enough it resulted in three different print orientations. This is good as I'll be able to try the same part printed with the layers going in two different directions and find a clearance value that works well for both. The "snap" assembly is intended to facilitate loose tolerances; you have to squeeze the split tab to insert it into the slot, then release it and it holds tightly.
