Really quite epic, but way too pricey. Sorry, but you've gotta do something about that! I mean it's awesome, but not THAT awesome.

Nice work, your design is Number ONE, in the top ten most viewed 3D printed designs of 2012!!! http://www.shapeways.com/blog/archives/1854-10-Most-Viewed-3D-Printed-Products-of-2012-on-Shapeways.html

This is really cool. I work with using bomb-produced radiocarbon to age fish (astrofish dot me). What event was used for the model? The cloud form looks a bit like Ivy-Mike event at Enewetak in 1952. I agree with the comment earlier that the price is way too high. How can you justify $1400 for a lamp? Also, what is the material? Glass? Poly? I'll pay $200. Aloha, Astrofish

Sorry, but no one will buy it at that price. I know you don't have a lot of choice in the matter - Shapeways is inordinately expensive, even without a designer markup - but still, no one is going to buy this.

even white&flexible is expencive on those dimensions. Unfortunately Shapeways works only on smaller things if you want the price to be reasonable. Don't ask m why, I have no idea, but in smaller items the relative costs of makeways drops down, and in bigger items than 10' prices suddenly rise up to heavens. That sucks major time cause most of the ppl are dreaming to do BIG things too D:
