Fracture-10 won a jury honorable mention award at the 2011 International Puzzle Party Nob Yoshigahara Puzzle Design Competition.

The Fracture-10 puzzle is a ten sided solid with five axes of rotation. The shape is technically known as a pentagonal dipyramid. Each vertex around the equator of the puzzle can be turned in 90 degree increments, although due to bandaging that frequently occurs, rotations are often limited to 180 degrees. This can make solving the Fracture-10 very difficult and non-intuitive. Don't be fooled by the simple design of this puzzle, it is fiendishly difficult. It's a good thing that it looks just as nice (if not better) scrambled as it does solved!

Fracture-10 comes as a DIY kit of parts, and you will need to supply your own stickers. The templates for the stickers are available in the instructions forum.

I recommend that you purchase the puzzle in "Black Strong & Flexible". It costs a bit more than the white material, but it's worth it since the finished puzzle will look and work better. All of the parts snap together, so no additional screws, springs, or other hardware is required. I have also made an assembly video so that you can see exactly how to put the puzzle together.
