Product Description
Adding a steam generator to your Alco RS-3 will equip it to heat passenger cars. Steam equipped RS-3s were often used for commuter passenger service. The steam generator was an oil fired boiler located in the RS-3's short hood. This kit comes with two sets of steam generator shrouded stacks and air intake vents. Please research prototypes for proper placement.
