This is a dissection puzzle that illustrate the Pythagorean theorems: the sum of the areas of the 2 smaller squares is equal to the area of the biggest one.
You can discover that by playing with this puzzle.
Small version (6.5 cm, walls are 2 mm).

I have printed the model, and as you can see on the pictures, the clearances are OK. So, this model is now availble to all. :)

Thanks Maxwildcat :) I like the geometrical demonstrations... The basis is 6 mm high and all the pieces are 4mm high. In the render, the last one looks thinner because of the perspective, I guess. This model is not printable yet because I am unsure of the clearance values. Actually, I ordered it today to give it a try, so as soon as I have additional information, I will let you know!

:) Nice .. there is nothing like a hands on exploration to help an abstract concept sink in (or maybe i'm too much of a field person) ... I love it :D The last element seems thinner in the render .. it doesn't look that way on the model... I hope you don't mind my asking why it's not printable ?
