@wesostgaard Hmm. What material did you order it in? I've seen it in Frosted Ultra Detail and Frosted Detail and it comes out fantastic. I'm not at all sure why that would've happened with the head. Shapeways might be able to help you there. I recall with the earlier versions of the 3D model, I had problems with the leg tolerances. I found taking a small piece of abrasive paper to the hips helped it. Filing down the hand sockets a bit might help them slot in better. There also might be residue left in the arm holes. I usually scrub all my Shapeways plastics in warm soapy water to get rid of any that might be there.

Well done! The only bad thing I would need to say about this is that it came with the head deformed and also the hands are having trouble fitting in it's holes.
