simpliefied version of the runabout for small scale purposes. 23 mm long
white detailed is preferred.
Other materials might not be detailed enough.

@axadaythese were designed with the limitations of the objet printer in mind. to make 9mm long versions , important details will have to be removed, since the software would not allow them if scaled down, like the cannards (little stabilizer wings near the cockpit) the would be to thin and the model would be rejected. the result would be something that doesn't resemble the runabout anyway. besides, for me it's not worth the effort for a few cents.

Can this be scaled down where it is about 9 mm long? I know detail would be pretty scant, but that's the size I need for the Playmates DS9 on my desk. I'd buy 3.

the only place to connect them to a sprue would be at the back and there is a tiny rim/ledge that would damage when cutting it loose. a file with multiple runabouts is doable though, for private use i have a file with 12 of them in 1 file

An item like this would greatly benefit from coming in a sprue.
