Product Description
I made this head to go on my RTS Cyclonus figure. I wanted a head as comic accurate as I could make it while still maintaining transform-ability of the figure because I like his alt mode as well. I turned out I couldn't do that without making some modifications.

I had to take his nosecone apart and use my Dremel to remove some material to allow the crest on his helmet to fit fully inside. Mainly what I did is replace the landing gear with one that allows the helmet crest to fold past it. I have included that landing gear in case others want to do the same mod. Just grind an equal amount of material off each side so that the new landing gear will fit in place of the old and put it in. You'll also have to remove some material below the landing gear to allow it to fold all the way down. The good news is that the areas you have to grind down aren't visible in either mode so you don't have to be neat about it.

If you don't care about the alt mode, just swap the heads and toss the included landing gear. I found it hard to get a good fit on the neck piece so I designed it a little loose. For me it works great as-is but if you want it a little tighter, just put a thin layer of super-glue or clear nail polish in the groove for the neck piece and see if it's better (after allowing drying time). Repeat as necessary.

Hope you like this head and please let me know if you need any minor mods to put it on another figure or to change the appearance. I've tested this in FUD and it came out beautifully! I'll post pics as soon as I get a chance to paint it. There is a lot of fine detail in this head that's going to be lost with other materials and it has some thin sections that don't print well in those materials. So, it's only available in FD and FUD and I highly recommend the FUD to maintain the details.
