Over this year Life3D have developed a 3D printable capsule for carrying a camera to the stratosphere as a weather balloon payload. The Life3D capsule is designed to hold an action cam sized camera and a GPS device, with room for insulation material and a platform for filming an object. When fully assembled the capsule should be buoyant in case of landing in water.

The kit is comprised into multiple parts that can be assembled to form the full capsule. You can purchase all the parts for constructing the capsule separately from our Shapeways store.

This part is the top holder for the camera plate.
