Honey

I love bees and appreciate that they keep us alive, and I'm terribly sad that our ways are killing them. I also love the sweet, sweet nectar called honey that bees make and we steal from them. At any given moment there are three types of honey in my kitchen. Honeycomb is a celebration of bees, honey, and the unity and cooperation that comes from operating as a hive.
