Sadly, there's nothing I can do has the ring you ordered is a size 10. I can do a size 7 for you, but you must contact Shapeways directly to ask to cancel the whole order so you could order again with the new size of the ring. To contact me, you can go the my GKzon shop page and there should be a "send message" with the information.
