It's hand translated by an amature (me), so it might not be completely accurate, but the characters should read, "Awaken my Power Father God Odin". The inside is smoothed, to make it easier to wear.

According to my Calipers, it'll fit 21mm inside. Those same calipers show the large Mecha ring to be 24mm. Looks like that'd be a pinky ring for you. I could make it bigger though, if you'd like. I might make it thinner as well....
