High Five Lapel Pin - Left Hand

During my residency at the Museum of Arts and Design (MAD), I created a 3d scan of my hand with a Microsoft Kinect Scanner connected to a PC. After the scan was taken, I cleaned it up (and added a missing finger) in Autodesk Meshmixer. I then brought the STL file into Autodesk 123D Design, and added a back for the pin to attach to. This project is mostly of personal significance. In June 2013, my left hand (the one scanned) was broken in a bike accident. After a full year, I've undergone 7 surgeries and over 30 physical therapy sessions to regain full use of the hand. This pin was created as a thank you gift for all of the friends and family that have been supportive along the way.
