Actually, you could make two versions. One without connections for your glass tubes, and one with connections. Just a thought.

Considering what you've said, I would personally ask you to connect the 'wings' to the body by May. It'll save me a lot of trouble. Thanks.

there are several separate free-floating pieces in the model currently. It is game-accurate, though I haven't printed it yet. I intend to try and attach the 'wings' with glass tube to see if that looks OK, though I may add physical supports in a future model update.

Are the sides solidly attached to the central hull? (When I look at it in 3D, there appear to be gaps.)
