Door Repair Tab DIY trim-to-fit, Mercedes switch

Ever remove your car's door panel, just to find the old brittle plastic tabs have snapped off? These plastic tabs get more brittle every year. On a 1980's car, they should be considered very brittle just from age. When you reassemble the door panel, these broken tabs will let the panel fall away from the door, rattle, and tattle, that "you broke it." Its just old plastic...so replace it with NEW! This 3D printed tab is designed to fit a W126 Mercedes and similar door panels. The triangular section is made intentionally thick and large so that you can trim & sand it to fit the hole the broken tab left behind. It can be trial-fitted, by sliding it under the door skin or using double sided tape. When the fit is good, epoxy in place or screw it down, which ever fits your preference best. It has a rough finish to hold well to epoxy and 3 screw holes already neatly arranged. Your door panels can fit like new again! its even DOWNLOADABLE!
