Iron Man Helmet - Head Left Side (Large) 2 of 4

Missing the most crucial piece to your Iron Man suit, the Iron Man helmet? This is the Head Left Side, (Large) of the helmet, part 1 of 4 parts that you will have to order separately for a complete helmet. I designed the Head part into two separate parts to be later joined together. It's just a little extra work having to join the two pieces together. If printed as a whole, it would fall outside the normal printing box area and cost a lot more. Still not sure if it will fit? The rim around the bottom of the helmet can be trimmed away an additional 7mm, for a total opening width of 160mm. Additional parts you will need to order are; Iron Man Helmet Head Right (Large), Face Shield (Large) and Jaw (Large). The way you attach them is up to you, (magnets, hinges, clips). Designed to print at a thickness of .72mm, (minimum for Strong Flexible Plastic is .7mm). This saves on printing costs and WILL need some reinforcement on your end. Most people use fiberglass resin. WARNING: Please take measurements before ordering to be sure the helmet will fit, I can't guarantee that this will fit everybody even though it is considered a large. Measure the width of your head compared to the width of the opening at the bottom of the helmet.
