Croxetti are a pasta form typical of the Italian region Liguria, which is also famous for its pesto alla genovese. With this stamp, you can make your own croxetti and pay tribute to this delicious sauce. Their name derives from the word for cross, which has been taken up in this model. I used this medieval British penny as a model for the pattern.
