You should add some tabs to help interlocking the pieces so one little nudge doesn't send the pieces all over. Fun idea though! Look forward to seeing all the pieces printed.

You should make these pieces with a peg slot in the middle and make signs that fit in the peg slots with the numbers 2-12 for the game, or for the robber to be placed in. And maybe grooves in the sides and corners for roads and houses to fit in.
