RevoluteCube 20 3d printed Mechanical parts Miniatures
This cube contains of 4x5 axes with length 50 mm and a radius of 1 mm constructed by 7 planes. The radius error is less than 0.1 mm. Around the axes there are tube with a wall thickness of 1 mm . The radius error is less than 0.1 mm. The gap between tube and axes is calucated that the tubes should not revolve but should stick to the axes. The gap is: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 0.6. For the short tube all distances are rotateable. For the 20 mm tubes only 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 are rotateabel. Only 0.5 and 0.6 are movable directly after printing. 0.3 and 0.4 have to be turned with torque. The cube is much more robust as it look like.
