These earrings are a visualization of the words " Ich liebe dich" in German. I recorded my voice and then generated a wave form image for a Valentines Day present for my wife. (Would probably make a nice Anniversary, or Mother's Day present, too!)
I received an incredible amount of positive feedback on my original design and many requests for similar pieces in other languages. Well, it's good to have multilingual friends!
