@baltimore is the FUD referring to the seal? If so being able to get it in brass or steel would be great then I could figure out a good colored thermal resistant coating.

@baltimore well if it doesn't cost you anything to Makeba it available in that resized one I would love to get it in that.

the gold plated brass looks better, is smooth, and costs a whole bunch.

it's designed for the tight details of FUD. it won't work in any material with lower detail than that... so silver/brass is ok but not steel, nylon etc.

@baltimore also was curious about it in the new gold plated polished brass

@baltimore to you have it in your power to let the signet be purchased in other materials? I was going to just cast it so I could make a metal or heat resistant plastic so could actually use it as a seal.

@baltimore thanks for understanding bro.

I buy things on this site as parts for a whole most of the time, like my assassin's creed ring that I set myself with raw gemstones I cut and polished myself.

oh well then sure no problem. i'll post a slightly smaller band for you shortly

@baltimore dude that's half the fun and my point, I want to finish the prop myself.

@djtokimi that's my site. shapeways makes the unfinished pieces. to make the completed ring, you need to sand, paint, and glue the resin pieces together. once a purchase is made on my site, I order the pieces through shapeways to do the finishing work, and ship to my customers.

No, I am sorry I don't want to buy it through there if you don't want to resize it through shapeways I just won't get this item. Too bad though it was a nice piece. Also a size 8.5 is still too large.

@djtokimi www.bytestobits.com lets you order this.
