About this Product

12 of these make the corners (vertices) of a icosahedron (platonic solid with 20 triangular faces). Add 30 bars to make up the frame of the model. Knuckles and bars have a nice push fit. The dodecahedron is around 135mm diameter.

@Donald_Pelton Hi Donald Yes, there are a range of shapes which I'd be tempted to do, including the rest of the Platonic solids obviously, plus a few others like the bucky ball and a few of the Archimedian solids. Sadly I'm working in another area at the moment and time is very short, so they will have to wait! Best wishes Barry

The buckyball would be a dodecahedron with a low pentagonal pyramid on each face.

You could make the corners to make a buckyball, or a Buckminster Fuller polyhedron. They would have to be five to a common point, and six to a common point.
